[China] Sanyou Chemical - Soda Ash Project

Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Industries and Qinghai Wucai Mine Limited will reportedly jointly invest in one of Qinghai Wucai Soda Ash Limited's soda production facilities, to raise its registered capital from CNY 183M to CNY 745M. Sanyou will invest CNY 380M, accounting for 51% interest while Qinghai Wucai Mine Limited will invest CNY 365M for a 49% stake. The soda production facility has an annual capacity of 1.1M/tons.
