The construction of the first production line in China for lithium aluminosilicate float special glass, Qinghai Yaohua production line for lithium aluminosilicate float special glass has begun in Ledu Industry Park, Qinghai. The total investment of the project is RMB 450M Yuan and there are two phases for construction. RBM 260M Yuan is planned for Phase I investment, which is to build a production line for lithium aluminosilicate float glass with melting capacity of 30-60/tpd; and, RMB 190M Yuan is planned for Phase II, which is to build a special glass processing plant. Electric melting production technology will be adopted for this producton line, which is to produce borosilicate glass, aluminiosilicate glass, lithium silicate glass, crystallite glass and other various special glasses.
