Bwi Wins Contract

BWI plc has won a contract worth around £4m to supply and install eight fully automated bottle, cullet and vision inspection systems at Quinn Glass in Derrylin, Northern Ireland. The new glass plant, which is situated on a greenfield site in County Fermanagh, has already commenced production with two lines. It is expected that the remaining six lines will be in production by early 1999.
