Britain Affirms Its Love For Gin After Spirit Duty Revenues Top Beer For The First Time

The Wine and Spirit Trade Association confirmed recently that sales of spirits brought more money to the Treasury than beer for the first time ever adding that the sales of gin helped, with a surge of 12% over the last 12 months making it the fastest growth rate of any spirit drink, according to the latest WSTA market report, which can be downloaded from the above mentioned link.
