[Brazil] O-I Plans To Restart Inactive Plant

O-I has announced it is to expand its production capacity int he state of Pernambuco, Brazil by restarting its inactive site located in the city of Vitoria do Santo Antao and will also add a new production line at its factory in Recife in 2019. The company said the expansion was as a result of rapidly growing market demands to to an improvement in the Brazilian economy. The combined actions will add capacity of 65,000/tpa.
