[Brazil] Ambev Withdraws Bottle

Brazilian beverages major Ambev has suspended the use of a new 630ml glass beer bottle bearing its brand and recalled those bottles already distributed, following a ruling by consumer affairs agency SDE. Other beer companies had filed a case against Ambev's introduction of the new beer bottle which would put decades of sharing a 600ml bottle in jeopardy. The final word on the matter will be delivered by the anti-trust agency Cade.
