Bohemia Crystalex Trading, Sklo Bohemia, Sklarny Kavalier - Merger Financing

Czech bank, IPB a.s., recently announced it had signed syndicated financing of Kcs3.45bn for the private glass firms, Bohemia Crystalex Trading, Sklo Bohemia and Sklarny Kavalier. In a statement, it said the syndicated facility, arranged along with Citibank and Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka (CSOB), was intended for strategic acquisitions and operations of the glass manufacturers.
