Benchtop Minifuse 2 System

The benchtop MiniFuse 2 system enables the fusion of ground materials into high quality beads for accurate and reproducible XRF analysis. A platinum crucible is simply loaded with accurately weighed sample and flux. The bead is then heated automatically to between 100-1300 deg C, cast and then cooled, ready for analysis. The process takes only a few minutes and produces small glass-like beads that are perfectly homogeneous - the optimal state for accurate and reproducible XRF analysis.
