In this article, Creative Director of acclaimed design agency Purple Creative, Steve Bewick, talks about what's most exciting about beer packaging right now. Beer culture has changed hugely over the last few years, with a clear focus on local and craft brewing brands which have both seen huge growth. Partly because of tax breaks open to small companies, and partly down to a country-wide "beerenaissance" - with women and young adults growing steadily, and the "traditional" beer drinker finding themselves the unlikely poster boys of the hipster brigade.
