Ba Vidro - Minority Shareholder In La Seda

According to a press release of 28 September 2009, Portuguese glass producer Barbosa e Almeida Vidro, or BA Vidro, will reportedly become a minority shareholder in Spanish chemicals group La Seda de Barcelona SA. La Seda is expected to announce the entrance of BA Vidro in its capital, by means of a EUR 150M capital hike, very soon. Other shareholders of La Seda's already include Portugal's state-owned bank Caixa Geral de Depositos (CGD) and holding company Imatosgil.
