Autonomous Fill Level Monitoring With The New Krones Checkmat Hf

The new Checkmat 753 HF from Krones AG is a stand-alone solution that uses high frequency measurements to detect with reliable accuracy whether a bottle's fill level is too high or too low. In contrast to X-ray or gamma ray detection, the high frequency process requires neither special permits nor elaborate safety precautions: the machine is operational after a minimised commissioning time. The unit inspects up to 72,000 bottles per hour with maximised accuracy, functioning independently of the bottles material, shape or colour. Even paper or plastic labels will not impair the measurements. The result is said to be an accurate, safe inspection coupled with an outstanding price-performance ratio and simple, user-friendly operator control.
