Austrian Glass Collection Up

Austrian glass recycling is booming, according to data released March 2007 by Austria Glas Recycling GmbH (AGR), a branch recycling take back organisation of green dot scheme. In 2006 Austrians collected 213,450 tonnes, an increase of 6, 860 tonnes or 3.3% over the 2005 figure. This means a glass recycling rate of more than 80%.
