This year's investment of 18M/Euros at Stolzle's Koflach glass container plant in Austria is a further indication of the group's continued investment strategy and intention to improve its environmental footprint. The key benefit is a 50% reduction in the amount of electricity used to heat the furnace and also a 20% saving in gas. The adoption of this latest technology results in a reduction in CO2 emissions by 45000/tpa.
