Aussie Beer Vault Idea

With BrewDog's exotica costing up to $160/bottle, Australian bar Biero has come up with the concept of the "beervault" which aims to allow customers to sample products without having to buy the whole bottle. The vaults allow bottled beer to be transferred into pressure & temperature-controlled glass tubes to keep beer fresh for serving over several days. The bar in Melbourne has ten vaults to showcase some rare beers.
