Assisting The Smooth Manufacture Of Square Bottles

This article describes how, when a bottle producer in Mexico was commissioned by one of its customers to make a square-shaped beverage bottle, Pyrotek technical staff and sales engineer, Fernando Jauregui helped design a stacker bar insert that would effectively handle the shape. Given the customer's requirements, Pyrotek's P-25W carbon-carbon inserts were crafted to fit the company's existing stacker bars. Made using a process where carbon is reinforced with carbon fibres, the inserts exhibit excellent strength, good wear resistance, low edge thermal conductivity and are engineered to last longer than other similar materials.
