Asahi Bids For Peroni And Grolsch

Japanese brewer Asahi Group has reportedly offered £2.3bn for SABMiller's Peroni and Grolsch lager brands. Divestment of the brands would help ease EU regulatory concerns over the merger of AB-Inbev and SABMiller.
