Ardagh Targets Growth Off The Back Of Ny Ipo

Glass and metal packaging giant Ardagh Group has raised £255m in net proceeds from an initial public offering ont he New York Stock Exchange. The initial public offering (IPO) will float around 7% of the company. It aims to sell 16.2m/shares, according to a filing from the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The money raised from the IPO will be used to help reduce its £6.2bn debt pile.
