Ardagh, the Irish glass bottle manufacturer which bought a company four times its size when it paid I£283m for Rockware earlier this year, was due to have its shares listed on the London Stock Exchange, with dealings in the shares scheduled to begin from 8 July. Meanwhile, according to a press report, Ardagh director Brendan Dowling, has bought 10,000 shares in the company for Euros 25,124. Mr Dowling bought the shares - his first investment in Ardagh at Euros 2.50 and Euros 2.55 - on behalf of his personal pension fund. (whole item)
