Ardagh Glass Group has announced the formation of a new division to support the development of its specialist glass technology, engineering & mould manufacturing activities. Ardagh Glass Engineering Group will include the non container glass manufacturing companies of the existing group namely; Heye International (Germany), Heye FFS (Poland), SFO (Germany), FUP (Poland), & mould making activities in Poland & UK. The combined turnover of these activities is in the region of EUR 95M, with a total workforce of over 600 employees. The companies will continue to trade under their existing names. The creation of this separate engineering entity will afford these businesses greater commercial & operational focus. The strategy will be to profitably grow these engineering businesses through further intra-group & external sales development.
