Arc International Creates Joint Venture With Experimental Glass Factory

French company Arc International and Experimental Glass Factory (NEO), have set up a joint venture in the town of Gus-Crystal, the Vladimir region of Russia. Arc has acquired a majority of the shares (75%), with NEO, one of the most important glass factories in Russia, will have the remaining. Thanks to leading positions, Arc International will be able to offer affordable products that are adapted to the needs of local consumers.
