Aproz - Returnable Glass For Water

The Aproz Sources Minerales company was founded in 1947 and is leading Switzerland's mineral water market. Since 1958 it has formed part of the Migros-Industrie Group. Besides the Aproz, Aquella, Valais and M-Budget water brands, the mineral water firm also produces soft drinks and syrups, plus Pepsi, 7 Up and Orangina brands under license. Krones has recently completed a project for the company at Aproz, Switzerland suppling a returnable glass line rated at 15,000 bottles per hour. Since 1997, Aproz had been filling its products exclusively into non-returnable PET containers - this is the first time that the company has produced a returnable glass line, with the intention of expanding its business to include the catering trade as well.
