Antiche Distillerie Riunite's flavoured Antica Sambuca range has proved a hit with drinkers in the UK. Antiche broke the mould 2 years ago by launching the first range of flavoured Sambucas, which has reinforced Antica's position as the UK's number-two Sambuca brand overall. The Antica flavoured range is already sold in 10 markets. Germany & the US are the next biggest after the UK. Antiche's mould-breaking approach has been further enhanced by its launch of the Volare liqueur range, which replaces the Gecko label & comes complete with a built-in, retractable Pro-Pour pourer in every bottle. A special plastic mount was invented for the bottles. A world patent has been taken out on the idea. The technology saves bartenders lots of time as they do not have to put in a new pourer every time they open a bottle. Apart from the innovative pourer, features include a light, 400g bottle, with ribbed neck & body for extra grip.
