When it opens its gates from 25-28 April 2006, not only will Analytica be celebrating its 20th anniversary; it will also continue its success story presenting the entire breadth & depth of process chains in industrial & research laboratories.The international trade fair for analysis, laboratory technology & biotechnology focuses on topics that move decision-makers & users in laboratories in industrial sectors for chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, nutrition & the environment as well as government & industrial research. It is clearly positioned to present the entire range of marketable laboratory equipment & applications, to depict economic solutions for industrial & university user groups, & to include first-rate gatherings for business & science that round out the exhibition, such as the Analytica Conference & the Analytica Forum. This exhibition concept positions Analytica as a central gathering for the international laboratory sector. The last Analytica in 2004 set new records in international attendance: some 30% of the more than 30,000 visitors and 36% of the exhibitors were from countries other than Germany. More than half of the visitors stated that they gather information on the latest laboratory technology exclusively at Analytica and do not attend any other trade fair or exhibition. Some 1000 exhibitors from Germany and abroad are expected to participate in Analytica 2006.
