Aluminas Business Sold

Rio Tinto's Specialty Aluminas business has been sold to HIG Capital Europe and renamed ALTEO. The business will maintain the existing productin setup, based on four facilities in Europe, producing a range of products from specialty calcined aluminas to tabular and fused aluminas.
