Alev Yaraman New President Of Icg

During the 2003 Annual Meeting of the ICG, Mrs Alev Yaraman took over the presidency from her predecessor, Prof. Dr Helmut A Schaeffer. The Meeting took place in Brazil in September/03 in conjunction with he 6th Brazilian Symposium on Glass and Related Materials and the 2nd International Symposium on Non-Crystalline Solids. During the meeting, the new Vice-President of ICG, Dr H Arribart of Saint-Gobain Recherche, France, was inaugurated. Mrs Yaraman is Executive Vice-President & Chief Executive of the Flat Glass Division of SISECAM, Turkey.
