Ahlstrom Invest Eur:5.2M In New Plant

Finnish fiber-based materials developer and manufacturer Ahlstrom Corporation said 30 June 2006 that it will invest EUR 5.2M in a new speciality fiberglass reinforcement plant in the USA. The new plant, to be located at Darlington in South Carolina, is expected to be completed in early 2007. The plant will mainly serve the North American markets.
