Advisory Committee welcomes packaging recycling performance The Advisory Committee on Packaging (ACP) has welcomed new packaging recycling data for 2016 showing an increase in 6.8%. Plastic recycling increased 14% to 45%, while glass re-melt recycling increased by nearly 10% with overall glass recycling levels at 67%.
