Advanced Acid-Polishing Units

The technological advances of acid-polishing units from Germany company Neutra Kunststoffbau GmbH, are designed to reduce consumption of sulphuric and hydrofluoric acid by up to 40%. The units feature specially-developed software and fully automatic dosing fixtures which also ensure safe and reliable operation. According to the Bavaria-based firm, the modern design of its polishing units facilitates staff training and simplifies maintenance and servicing. Neutra technology was chosen, for example, by the Neman Glassworks in Belarus. According to the director, another reason why the Neutra equipment was installed was that it fulfils stringent environmental requirements, making it an excellent investment for the future.
