CM Surface Treatment of Italy, manufactures fully automatic glass container and tableware mould cleaning equipment. There are over 400 CM machines presently operating in glass plants worldwide and several have been functioning without interruption for over 25 years. CM mould cleaners and features are available for virtually any type mould, any mould material, and any productivity requirement. Furthermore, a variety of mould cleaning media, both metallic and non-metallic, is now available. Consequently, the ideal media can be selected on the basis of the customer's specific moulds. No compressed air is utilised for the process. Maximum power draw of the largest selling CM mould cleaner is only ~7kW and typically a full load of moulds, consisting of as many components as can be placed on the rotary work table can be treated in about 10 minutes total cycle time.
